What does Hash Camera do?

Hash Camera helps create timestamp-enhanced photo evidence records, save QR-marked copies, and verify records later through QR code and server lookup.

Is Hash Camera a notary, legal proof, or forensic service?

No. Hash Camera is not a notary service, legal service, forensic analysis service, insurance decision service, marketplace guarantee, escrow service, law enforcement service, or proof of legal admissibility.

What is stored on the server?

When you save a server evidence record, Hash Camera may store the original evidence photo, photo hash, capture time, server receipt time, evidence ID, device model identifier, plan and retention information, optional Bitcoin anchor data, and related server records.

What are the plans?

Free includes 10 captures / 80MB per month with 7-day server retention. Pro includes 1000 captures / 5GB per month with 180-day retention. Business includes 10000 captures / 10GB per month with 3-year retention. Verification is unlimited.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Settings > Membership > Restore Purchases. Sign in to Hash Camera before restoring if you want Apple subscription benefits linked to your server account.

Why does Restore Purchases ask me to sign in to my Apple Account?

Apple controls App Store purchase and restore authentication. Hash Camera reads the current Apple ID subscription receipt only after Apple confirms the restore flow.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select Hash Camera, and cancel the subscription. Canceling stops future renewals, but the paid period may remain usable until it ends.

How do I request a refund?

Use Apple's refund flow at reportaproblem.apple.com. Hash Camera cannot directly issue App Store refunds.

What if I paid but my plan is still Free?

Open Settings > Membership and tap Restore Purchases while signed in. If it still does not unlock, contact support@hashcamera.com with your Hash Camera account email or user ID and, if available, your Apple transaction ID.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete individual server evidence records from History detail. You can delete your account from Settings. Account deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions; cancel subscriptions through Apple.

How do I report abusive or illegal content?

Use the complaint button on a Hash Camera verification result when available, or email support@hashcamera.com.
