Email support@hashcamera.com for account, purchase, verification, deletion, safety, or privacy questions.

For purchase issues, include the Hash Camera account email or user ID you used in the app. If available, include a screenshot of the Apple subscription page or the Apple transaction ID. Do not send your Apple ID password, verification codes, private keys, or unrelated sensitive documents.

Paid But Not Unlocked

Open Hash Camera Settings > Membership and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Hash Camera account you want to use. Restore Purchases reads your current Apple ID subscription and syncs it to the Hash Camera server.

If the plan still does not unlock, contact support. We will check the server account, Apple transaction mapping, subscription status, and recent App Store Server Notification processing.

Cancel Subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select Hash Camera, and cancel the subscription. Canceling stops future renewals. Access may remain available until the paid period ends.

Deleting your Hash Camera account does not cancel your Apple subscription. You must cancel it through Apple.

Refunds

App Store refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple's App Store refund flow. Hash Camera cannot directly issue App Store refunds.

If Apple refunds or revokes a purchase, Hash Camera may remove the related paid entitlement after receiving Apple transaction or server notification updates.

Account and Data Deletion

You can delete server evidence records from the app History detail screen. You can delete your account from the app Settings screen. Account deletion removes server account data and server-stored evidence records, but does not delete photos already saved to your device photo library.

Safety Reports

If a verified Hash Camera evidence record appears to involve infringement, non-consensual imagery, privacy violations, child safety risk, fraud, illegal activity, or other misuse, use the complaint button in the app's verification result screen or contact support.
